In each of these roles, I was tasked with building the marketing engine from scratch, bringing revenue focus to every role through top-funnel awareness, pipeline creation, and customer expansion. Some examples:

  • First corporate marketing hire at Amazon aggregator Thrasio, building the marketing strategy, team, and infrastructure from scratch. During my tenure, marketing contributed over $250 million in M&A pipeline in 2 years while capturing 83% of industry web traffic.

  • Thrasio went from an emerging player to the dominant leader in the "Amazon aggregator" category during my tenure, with a successful rebrand and repositioning that drove a 168% increase in lead flow, while pioneering innovative community-driven marketing approaches.

  • Revamped go-to-market strategy for auditing & reimbursement platform Getida, building and restructuring a full-stack marketing team across product marketing, growth, brand, and marketing operations. Getida achieved 24% growth in user acquisition during my tenure, with marketing contributing over 70% of pipeline.

I insist on innovation with systematic and creative risk-taking. Some examples:

  • pioneered AI-first marketing strategies resulting in 3x efficiency for 4-person marketing team at Ready Set

  • introduced community-first content strategies at Thrasio to reinforce category leadership as recognized by more than 50% of the market

  • built an internal creator program at Ready Set with 50% adoption rate and lead flow from LinkedIn generated in the first 30 days

  • executed a 2-for-1 in-person rebrand launch for Tinuiti, where our audience showed up for our annual event hosted under our old brand and, after unveiling the new brand during the keynote, emerged from the ballroom with all materials, signage, and digital touchpoints rebranded with our new name and visual identity
